The adventures of Jairo on a french goat farm

During the individual farm internship in Montpellier in september, Jairo did his internship on a french goat farm, where they produce goat cheese.

It is a typical french family farm with 100 goats (Alpines and Communes de Provence) and 70 ha of land, of which 46 ha for grazing and the rest for the cultivation of barley, alfalfa and sainfoin.
The farm is situated in Valensole, Alpes de Haute Provence.

You can find more information on: http://lacombe.over-blog.org (only in French)
