The first, Svanholm, is a communal farm which was bought by 80 persons 30 years ago. They share everything, even their salary if they work outside the farm.

The second farm was a traditional family-based farm with 400 ha land. They cultivate carrots, potatos, beetroot, parsnips and celery. The farm is located in a former lake.
